PT| O Coletivo Multimédia Perve tem o prazer de convidar para o 2º Pop-up do novo espaço expositivo ao ar livre, 27 ARTe.

O pop-up, a começar a partir das 21h30, este sábado, dia 16 de julho, contará com uma sessão de poesia surrealista e a apresentação do filme Borderlovers, de François Baldassare, e 2 visitas guiadas noturnas à Casa da Liberdade - Mário Cesariny, que tem patente a exposição Navio de Espelhos.

Para os meses entre junho a outubro está programado um ciclo de intervenções artísticas, tendo este dado início com um happening pelo coletivo Borderlovers, no dia da inauguração do 27 ARTe. Mantenha-se a par das próximas pop-up seguindo-nos no instagram @27art_project

ENG| The Coletivo Multimédia Perve is pleased to invite to the 2nd Pop-up of the new outdoor exhibition space, 27 ARTe.

The pop-up, starting at 9:30 pm, this Saturday, July 16, will include a session of surrealist poetry and the presentation of the film Borderlovers, by François Baldassare, and 2 nightly guided tours to the Casa da Liberdade - Mário Cesariny, which holds the exhibition Ship of Mirrors.

For the months between June and October, a cycle of artistic interventions is scheduled, which began with a happening by the Borderlovers collective, on the opening day of the 27 ARTe. Keep up with the next pop-ups by following us on instagram @27art_project

26.05 - 18h | Inaugurações/Openings Alfama e/and Alcântara

PT | Prolongando as participações da Perve Galeria na JustLX e na ARCO Lisboa, inauguram a 26 de maio as exposições "Beyond Reality: José Eduardo Agualusa & Valter Hugo Mãe", na Casa da Liberdade - Mário Cesariny, mostrando obras individuais e colaborativas destes dois autores, e "Artistry: a triad of African art", na Perve Galeria, que estabelece um diálogo entre a cerâmica de Reinata Sadimba, as pinturas de Teresa Roza d'Oliveira, e a fotografia de José Chambel.

Englobando estas iniciativas, no espaço de arte contemporânea ao ar livre 27ARTe, acessível 24 horas, 7 dias por semana, apresenta-se a exposição "OAA gallery tree - third season", com obras de Claude Yersin (1944, Suíça), Ivo Bassanti (1979, Portugal/India), Ivan Villalobos, e Javier Félix. Estas incorporam referências visuais das esculturas de Reinata Sadimba, prestando homenagem à mestre moçambicana e global. A exposição inclui também uma instalação sonora com obras inéditas gravadas numa recolha etnomusical em Moçambique realizada pelo Colectivo Multimédia Perve, em 1999 e 2003, com direção e captação de Carlos Cabral Nunes e Nuno Espinho da Silva. Simultaneamente, serão reveladas as primeiras esculturas em terracota, de grande escala, realizadas em processo colaborativo por Reinata Sadimba e Samuel Muankongue, mãe e filho, especificamente para o 27ARTe.  

Extending Perve Galeria’s participation at JustLX and ARCO Lisboa, it will open on May 26th, the exhibitions "Beyond Reality: José Eduardo Agualusa & Valter Hugo Mãe", at Freedom's House - Mário Cesariny, showcasing individual and collaborative artworks by these two artists, and "Artistry: A Triad of African Art", at Perve Galeria, which establishes a captivating dialogue between Reinata Sadimba's ceramics, Teresa Roza d'Oliveira's paintings, and José Chambel's photography. 

Com base nas relações estabelecidas na feira de arte contemporânea JustLX, inaugura a 26 de maio, na galeria aPGn2 - a PiGeon too, em Alcântara, a exposição "Connections 2 Afro-Ibero-America", que num diálogo afro-ibero-americano apresenta obras de Ivan Villalobos, Javier Félix, Cruzeiro Seixas e Samuel Muankongue. Esta mostra continua e conclui o ciclo iniciado em 2017 com a exposição "Conexões Afro-Ibero-Americanas 2.01", que inaugurou a sede da UCCLA - União das Cidades Capitais de Língua Portuguesa. Conta ainda com a participação especial de Bogdan Gulyay.

ENG | Enveloping all these initiatives, the open-air contemporary art space 27ARTe, accessible 24/7, in Alfama, will be featuring the “OAA gallery tree - third season” exhibition, showcasing the artworks of Claude Yersin (1944, Switzerland), Ivo Bassanti (1979, Portugal/India), Ivan Villalobos (1975, Chile), and Javier Félix (1976, Spain/Colombia). These incorporate visual references from Reinata Sadimba's sculptures, paying homage to the Mozambican and world master. The exhibition also includes a sound installation featuring unpublished works recorded in an ethnomusical collection in Mozambique by Colectivo Multimédia Perve, in 1999 and 2003, directed and recorded by Carlos Cabral Nunes and Nuno Espinho da Silva. Additionally, it will be revealed the first large-scale terracotta sculptures created through a collaborative process by Reinata Sadimba and Samuel Muankongue, mother and son, specifically for 27ARTe.

Building upon the ties established at the contemporary art fair JustLx, the exhibition "Connections 2 Afro-Ibero-America", opening on May 26th at the aPGn2 - the PiGeon too gallery, in Alcântara, presents the artworks of Ivan Villalobos, Javier Félix, Cruzeiro Seixas and Samuel Muankongue. This continues and concludes the cycle that began in 2017 with the exhibition "Afro-Ibero-American Connections 2.01", which was hosted at the headquarters of UCCLA - União das Cidades Capitais de Língua Portuguesa. It also features the special participation of Bogdan Gulyay.

PT | Participando na secção África em Foco da prestigiada feira de arte contemporânea ARCO Lisboa, a Perve Galeria irá destacar as mestres moçambicanas Reinata Sadimba (1945) e Teresa Roza d'Oliveira (1945-2019), duas mulheres cuja obra reflete a rebelião contra os ditames societais patriarcais. Encorajando o ato de repensar a imagem de África, a exposição contará também com a fotografia de José Chambel (1969, São Tomé e Príncipe), cuja produção se centra na preservação do património cultural.

Sublinha-se a importância da arte lusófona no contexto da arte contemporânea, explorando as distintas expressões artísticas que nascem do continente africano e da sua diáspora.

Após a muito bem sucedida participação na edição de 2022 da JustLX, a Perve Galeria regressa ao Centro de Congressos de Lisboa, com uma exposição centrada na produção artística latino-americana, com obras de Ivan Villalobos (1975, Chile) e Javier Félix (1976, Espanha/Colômbia), e na arte africana, com dois autores angolanos aclamados no domínio literário, José Eduardo Agualusa (1960) e Valter Hugo Mãe (1971), que desenvolvem também trabalhos artísticos no campo da fotografia e das artes plásticas. Nesta exposição serão reveladas, de forma inédita, obras realizadas colaborativamente entre os dois autores, a partir de um desafio proposto por Carlos Cabral Nunes. A mostra será ainda pontuada com obras de Cruzeiro Seixas (1920-2020, Portugal), Samuel Muankongue (1974, Moçambique) e Bogdan Gulyay (1980, Ucrânia), a título de apoio e homenagem à Ucrânia.

ENG | Participating in the Africa in Focus section of the renowned contemporary art fair ARCO Lisboa, Perve Galeria will highlight the Mozambican masters Reinata Sadimba (1945) and Teresa Roza d'Oliveira (1945-2019), two women whose artworks reflect the rebellion against patriarchal societal dictates. Encouraging the act of rethinking the image of Africa, the exhibition will also feature the photography of José Chambel (1969, São Tomé and Príncipe), whose artistic production focuses on the preservation of cultural heritage.

The significance of Lusophone art within the contemporary art scene is thus underlined, exploring the distinct artistic expressions emanating from the African continent and its diaspora.

Following a very successful participation in the 2022 edition of JustLx, Perve Galeria returns to the Lisbon Congress Center, with an exhibition representing Latin American artistic production, with artworks by Ivan Villalobos (1975, Chile) and Javier Félix (1976, Spain/Colombia), and in African art, with two Angolan authors, José Eduardo Agualusa (1960) and Valter Hugo Mãe (1971), who have garnered acclaim in the literary realm but have developed artistic work in the field of photography and plastic arts. Here, it will be unprecedentedly unveiled the collaborative artworks that these two authors created in response to a challenge proposed by Carlos Cabral Nunes. This exhibition will also feature the artworks of Cruzeiro Seixas (1920-2020, Portugal), Samuel Muankongue (1974, Mozambique) and Bogdan Gulyay (1980, Ukraine), in support of and in tribute to Ukraine.
