EN | From 15 to 20 January, Perve Galeria will be present at the 31st edition of London Art Fair. Taking place at the Business Design Centre, in London (UK), the fair has established itself as an important destination for discovery of exceptional modern and contemporary art and an unmissable opening to the international art calendar.
Perve Galeria is a participating gallery at the Dialogues section, a major feature of Art Projects, with a selection of international collaborations between galleries encouraging new forms of presentations. Curated by Kiki Mazzucchelli, an independent curator and writer based in São Paulo and London, the 2019 edition of Dialogues focuses on the various correspondences between the work of contemporary artists from Latin America and Europe through six pairs of UK-based and international galleries.
For this year's edition, Perve Galeria's curatorial project will put in dialogue the artistic creation by four authors from different generations and geographical locations, namely Aldo Alcota (Chile), Ivan Veliz Villalobos (Chile), João Ribeiro (Portugal), and Miguel Huerta (Chile). These artists, with a rich South American and Iberian imaginary, create a current art allowing several readings. Thereby, a plastic construction in the South American context by the Chilean artists will be presented in articulation with the multidimensional work that touches the Asian imagery by the Portuguese João Ribeiro. The result is a vibrant art scene that Perve Galeria (booth P17B) will be showcasing during the art fair.
Featuring over 100 leading galleries from around the world, this year's edition of London Art Fair is complemented by an extensive programme of talks, panel discussions, and interactive performance art.

PT | De 15 a 20 de janeiro, a Perve Galeria vai estar presente na 31ª. edição de London Art Fair, que se estabeleceu como um importante destino para a descoberta de arte moderna e contemporânea excecional. A feira decorre no Business Design Centre, em Londres (Reino Unido), e representa uma abertura imperdível ao calendário internacional de arte.
A Perve Galeria integra, pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, a secção de projetos artísticos designada Dialogues, destinada a promover relacionamentos à escala global. Com a curadoria de Kiki Mazzucchelli, curadora independente e escritora que divide o seu tempo entre São Paulo e Londres, a edição deste ano reúne seis pares de galerias locais e internacionais "dialogantes", com foco na relação artística entre a América Latina e a Europa.
O projeto curatorial da Perve Galeria irá colocar em diálogo a criação artística de quatro autores de gerações e localizações geográficas distintas, nomeadamente Aldo Alcota (Chile), Ivan Veliz Villalobos (Chile), João Ribeiro (Portugal) e Miguel Huerta (Chile). Estes autores, com um rico imaginário ibérico e sul-americano, criam uma arte atual que permite várias leituras. Assim, a construção plástica no contexto sul-americano pelos artistas chilenos será apresentada em articulação com o trabalho multidimensional que toca o imaginário asiático do português João Ribeiro. O resultado é um cenário de arte vibrante que a Perve Galeria (stand P17B) irá apresentar no decurso da feira de arte.
A edição deste ano de London Art Fair conta com a participação de mais de 100 galerias provenientes de todo o mundo, cuja programação é complementada por palestras, painéis de discussão e arte performativa interativa.
